Garri is a traditional West African dish made from cassava tubers. Our Ghana garri is carefully prepared and pan-fried. Garri can be consumed as a snack by soaking it in boiling water and shaping it into a hard dough to be eaten with any soup of your choosing, or by soaking it in cold water and serving it with milk, honey, and possibly peanuts.
